Eleven Brindleyplace is a landmark office building, marking the Western ‘gateway’ to Argent Group’s Brindleyplace development.

The BREEAM Excellent-rated building includes a curved, 13-storey ‘shoulder’ element and an elegant 15-storey tower, providing a sense of scale appropriate for its location and a civic presence reinforcing the edge of Brunswick Square.

Clear glazed walls to the office floors rise above ground floor retail spaces, while vertical bronzed anodised-aluminium ‘baguettes’ fixed to the façade, reduce solar gain and express the building’s vertical aspect.

A glazed slot breaks up the mass of the building, defining the entrance and lift core and separating the two main elements.
