Project
Beaconsfield

Status
Completed
A decision not to move to London meant the UK’s leading media school could create a great new building on its Beaconsfield campus better suited to its students’ needs.

The building’s location reinforces and supports existing activities and connections on the school’s campus.

Two new external ‘public’ spaces have been created; the ‘street’ and the ‘garden’ which have a strong connection to the ground floor and communal activities. These include a café/bar, 150 seat cinema and curriculum offices.

Meeting rooms off the café space double up for hospitality and events. There is a library is on the first floor with tutor rooms and meeting rooms on the second.
