The primary function of the proposed building is a golf clubhouse with associated conference centre and spa facilities. Each function is marked by an undulating grid shell structure, which shelters large, open and flexible spaces below.

The approach to the site is achieved via a meandering road which is carefully integrated within the landscape providing a sequence of interesting views and is finally terminated within the main courtyard defined by the three canopies of the golf centre.

The form of the canopies have been designed to acknowledge environmental influences such as sun path and prevailing winds in such a way that ventilation, heating and cooling systems can be implemented in a passive manner.
