This pioneering fully-rotating aparthotel draws on sustainable energy sources, using solar power to revolve its cylindrical form by 360 degrees during a 7-day cycle, and recycled rainwater water to irrigate the landscaped gardens.

The dual skin ‘breathing’ façade creates dynamic visual depth and, at the same time, addresses the extreme heat conditions in Dubai, providing guests energy efficient control of their internal environment.

The strong tower element is anchored by a 20m high horizontal podium crowned with an elliptical roof form. Internally, various typologies of guest rooms are configured, from large one-bed units to signature triplex penthouses offering double-height spaces, an infinity pool and state-of-the-art private cinema.
